FAQ

TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT APPLIES TO ALL GROUP ORDERSPlease read carefully to avoid any misunderstandings in any of our transactions in the future.Your orders will be cancelled if you fail to follow our terms & conditions.Be 101% committed before placing your orders. Revise your responses, especially your details, before submitting. Once you have submitted the form, you are strictly NOT allowed to back out, if you do end up backing out a negative review will be written, and you will be blacklisted from future GOs.DISCLAIMER: We will not be making any profit from any group orders. Our intention of running this group order is to help other fans to be able to buy the merchandise at a more reasonable price (as possible). • After you have submitted your forms, you will receive an automated order confirmation sent to your email account.
• If you need to make any changes to your order, please DM or EMAIL us asap and we’ll fix it for you from our end.
PAYMENTS
• All payments should be made before you submit your form.
• All payments must be completed in the correct currency chosen by the given due dates. Please don’t join if you are unable to commit to due dates.
• Payment can be made through Paypal / Bank Transfer / Beem It
PayPal > If you are choosing to pay via PayPal, please pay via F&F. If you would like to pay through G&S you must add please add 4.4% + $0.3 to cover the fee of the total cost to cover the fees. PayPal transfers are preferred in the currency that is chosen for the order.
Bank Transfer > If you are choosing this option please make sure you send the money 3-5 days before the due date, as bank transfers usually take 1-3 days to process. If your money has not been received by the time the order closes, your order will NOT be processed, and your money will be refunded once it is available. Bank transfers can only be made in AUD. Please check in with the admins for current currency rates.
Beem It > Beem It transfers can only be made in AUD, please check in with the admins for current currency rates. There is no transaction fee.
TOP UPS / REFUNDS/ CANCELLATION
• In a case where the exchange rate has differentiated greatly to the given price, a second top-up payment will be required.
• You will need to pay this top-up cost before receiving your items. If you do not send the top-up amount, a refund will not be given.
• Full refunds will only be accepted if the suppliers have run out of stock, in this case, the refund will be sent via your chosen method of payment.
• In any case, items may have purchasing limits or are sold out. In those instances, the participant who submitted their order first will get priority. If we are unable to order your items, you will be refunded for the items that sold out.
• Cancellation of orders is strictly not allowed if you have submitted your form.
PATIENCE IS A MUST
• All of our products are bought from all over the place and are for pre-order. Packing and local shipping may take a week or two, depending on the number of orders. Please expect some delays in shipment as we do not have control over that.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND POB'S
• There are cases where items might arrive damaged to us. Moreover, there are also cases that the supplier gives us inadequate amounts of pre-order benefits. Both situations are out of our control, but rest assured, we will contact the buyers as soon as we are alerted to inform them and provide them the possible steps to be taken.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• The arrival of goods to our Australian address may take 2-4 weeks after shipment from Korea or wherever we are ordering from. If damages occurred in your items during international shipment, we would inform the buyer ASAP.
DELAYS
• Please be reminded that ETA stands for "ESTIMATED" time of arrival. We have no control over International shipments or Local shipments.
LATE PAYMENT
• We will send payment notices or reminders via email the day after the deadline for those who haven't complied with their payments. If there is no payment within three days, we will cancel the order and you will not be refunded. Unless discussed with admin(s) otherwise
DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / DOMESTIC MEET UP
• After the goods have arrived, you will receive an email in regards to different shipping options and an estimated quote.
• All orders will be packaged with adequate protection (bubble wrap, satchels, etc).
• Orders requiring extra packaging materials, such as a box, or for large orders, an additional cost may be required to cover shipping supplies. This will be included in the final domestic shipping price.
• If orders include posters, a poster tube can be provided (at the buyer's expense) or can be folded. (If folded is chosen, we will do our best to fold with minimal damage)
• There are no costs if the meetup option is chosen
• Currently meetups are available in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, and Brisbane.
• Perth, Adelaide, and Brisbane meetups are combined with @NeoAusGo
• An email will be sent out in regard to meet-ups when the items have arrived. Please reply to the email so we know you'll be there on the meet-up day and we can bring your stuff with us.
• Meetups are held at the Admins' availability and discretion. We might not always be able to hold meetups immediately or as soon as items are sorted!
COMBINED SHIPMENT
• This is only allowed for items that arrived at the same time or with the exact ETA. This is to prevent the loss of items or orders.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS
• Orders held up for four weeks, with no buyer response, will be considered unclaimed and automatically will be cancelled. We will issue no refunds.

Important note: We have three (3) admins and each of us runs orders a little bit differently than the other, regardless of who is running the g.o all details will be in the form and emails sent by the admin in charge.Disclaimer We run GOs as we find it an enjoyable past time and it keeps us distracted from our daily life, regardless if you join our gos or not that is completely up to you. It is completely non-profit. We do it as we love to help people out and make them happy if it's in our capability.

GROUP ORDER INFORMATIONWhere can I find ongoing group orders?
GO Masterlist is available through our Linktree link in our bio, you can find all ongoing orders which also includes all order status updates. There is also a list of all completed past orders.
How can I order?
Read through the information on the form for the GO you’d like to join carefully. Make the first payment and fill and submit the form. After submission of your form and first payment, you will automatically get a copy of your form sent to your email.
*All details regarding the GO will be in the form, you do not need to submit the form just to check details, only submit if you are 100% committed to join
How do I know where my order currently is/will you contact me throughout the process?
All order updates are frequently updated in our running GOs masterlist, some GO’s are updated via Instagram story updates.
You will receive an email from us when your goods are ready for international payment (if required) and domestic postage/state box postage.
Any other necessary contact will be made via email or the means of contact you specified within the form.
How does PC sorting work?
Photocard sorting will be done on a first-come-first-served basis. To prevent continuous editing of the form in case people change their minds, preferences are generally asked for in a separate form to the original GO form (depending on what is released and details regarding the album/merchandise that are available), and will be sent out at a later date! This is usually after the GO closes and once the items are on hand.
This will be dependent on what photocards have been pulled from all the unsealed albums/MD which we have NO CONTROL over.
Therefore, we CANNOT guarantee that you will get your top pick.
However, we will try our best to give everyone at least someone from their top 3-4.
What's a personal order?

How do I submit a personal order?
Drop us a DM and one of the admins will get back to you regarding it.
UNOFFICIAL ITEMS
For unofficial fan-made items, we are asking for you to understand that Seagull Orders is just a middle person purchasing the goods on behalf of AUS buyers and there is a chance of the creator of the item is not delivering the goods or go missing in action. In such cases, we are unable to give back a refund unless we receive the money back from them.

What if I can’t make the payment before the deadline?
For your first payment of the order if you can’t make payment before the deadline your order will be automatically canceled.
For the 2nd or 3rd payment if you cannot make the deadline, please email us with the reason and when you will be able to make the payment so we can give you an extended deadline accordingly!
What happens when the deadline has passed and the payment hasn’t been made?
If the order hasn’t been paid once the deadline has passed, we will send you a reminder and a due date, if you still don’t pay after the last reminder we have given you, your order will be canceled without a refund and classified as an abandoned order and you will be blacklisted from joining our GO’s.
How much will the international shipping fees be?
EMS/International shipping is calculated based on the weight/dimension of the parcel. The total ems will be divided according to the weight of each item in the parcel. So, unfortunately, we can’t give you accurate shipping beforehand.
Domestic for AUS is based on if your item fits in stamped mail or tracked parcel, the same rules apply for NZ orders.
What happens when there are customs fees?
In any case, if we end up having custom fees on orders, split between all participants.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We are not responsible for damaged packages
When items arrive at our home address, we will check the conditions of the items and see if there are any damages. If there are, we will send an email update to the buyers to let them know.
Before sending your goods to you, your items will be packed with adequate protection (bubble wrap, satchels, etc). We are not responsible if it gets damaged in transit thus we cannot provide a refund.
What happens if my package is lost?
We are not responsible for lost packages. For postage from us to you, we will always offer untracked and tracked shipping.
If you have chosen untracked shipping we will provide you with proof of postage and if your package is lost, then there is nothing we can do. There is no way to find out where your package is. If your package is returned to us, then we will let you know. If you have chosen tracked shipping, we can file a claim for lost mail and will keep you updated with the process and outcome.
